You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Linguine is a free language learning application focused on grammar. The Service provides grammar explanations, exercises, and AI-powered feedback to help learners practice at beginner levels.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no guarantees regarding educational outcomes, content accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Each person may maintain only one account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be available at all times without interruption
  • The language content is free from errors
  • The Service will meet your specific learning needs

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Linguine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
